SMS Terms

These terms govern the Website Up SMS alert program. By enabling SMS alerts and providing your mobile number, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Website Up sends automated text-message alerts to the account holder about their own monitored website — for example, when the site appears to be down, the domain is about to expire, a possible security issue is noticed, or the contact form may not be working — plus an optional weekly health summary. These are account notifications, not marketing.
How to opt in
In your Website Up account settings, turn on "SMS alerts" and enter and confirm your own mobile number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your website's activity (we stay quiet when things are healthy). Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS alerts at any time; we will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected]. You can also turn SMS alerts off in your settings.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
